Climate disclosure
Organisations are increasingly looking beyond their own operational emissions to understand the physical and transitional risks that climate change presents to their customer portfolios and supply chains.
Investors, shareholders and customers are asking businesses to demonstrate how they are integrating climate change risk into core business strategy, where hot spots or gaps exist, and to identify the challenges and opportunities in addressing these risks.
Oxygen Consulting can help:
Assess climate risks and opportunities under different scenarios, using the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) framework and/or the Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards NZ CS 1 - 3.
Prepare a climate disclosure, aligned to TCFD and/or the Aotearoa New Zealand Climate Standards NZ CS 1 - 3, or other reporting indices such as the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP).
Develop an implementation plan towards TCFD or NZ CS 1-3 maturity.
Review the climate disclosure against NZ CS 1 - 3 and the XRB’s reporting guidance. Review supporting record keeping against the FMA’s guidance.
Provide third party verification on your organisational emissions profile or climate risk disclosure.
